Sometimes the best opportunities don't happen when we first imagine them—they happen when life finally makes room for them.

People often ask how I got into real estate, and the truth is, it was a dream that stayed with me for many years before the timing was finally right.

​

Back in the 1980s, I seriously considered becoming a REALTOR®. Life, career, and family took me in a different direction, and over the years I built a successful career in Human Resources while also owning my own business. Even then, real estate was always in the back of my mind.

​

Years later, I finally decided to give it a try. My plan was simple: sell a couple of homes each year, stay active, and earn a little extra income.

​

I couldn't have been more wrong.

​

What started as a part-time plan quickly became a true passion. During my first full year in real estate, I had the privilege of helping clients buy and sell over 30 properties—far more than I ever imagined.

​

What I love most is that no two transactions are ever the same. I enjoy solving problems, thinking creatively, and finding solutions that keep buyers and sellers moving toward a successful closing. Whether it's navigating inspection issues, coordinating repairs, or helping a buyer overcome financing challenges, I believe every obstacle has a solution.

Just as rewarding are the relationships I've built along the way. Many clients have become friends, and I value the trust they place in me during one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Today, my husband and I call Lake Sinclair home while continuing to proudly serve Washington County and communities throughout Middle Georgia. Together, we make a great team, with him providing professional photography and support that helps showcase every property at its very best.
